We require 24 hours notice to reschedule, change or cancel your appointment. Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee. No shows or cancellations with less than 5 hours notice will result in being charged 100% of the service booking. This amount will be charged to the credit card on file or on your next visit. 48 hours ahead of your appointment, you will receive an email or text reminding you of your appointment, you will have the option to confirm, whether you hit confirm or not, your appointment will still remain in our system.
